Water tank cool down 2026 with Tom and Joy a year older.
Kicking on a hot day

Looking at grandma is always appreciated!

11 years ago in Manistique, MI by the lighthouse - Nancy with Bernadette.  Oh, I am so much missing our weeks in Michigan that happened over the 4th of July.
Oh, the sugar sand and the boys with their trucks rolling down the beach.  Such fond memories here with Big Dave and Augustine.
Rose Again is living up to Rose Cries a Lot 11 years ago.
Nancy and Dominic, who just turned 12 .
Augustine is now 15 - 11 years ago .  We currently have 2 grandchildren that are 4 and one that is 3.  Those are our youngest currently.  I am suffering with no babies and all our grandkids growing up so fast!
3 days after his First holy Communion this boy was being helped by his older brothers to learn how to serve on the altar at daily Mass.
So small at 7 years old with his 16 year old brother, little Dave, and his 13 year old brother, Patrick.  There is also his 11 year old brother, Romeo, who usually serves with the 2 older boys.

The older boys are gone with dad on a backpacking trip, so brave Hector is serving alone!  There is so much I love about this!

I don't see how Father can read this so far down!  Pat says that the little guys would put the book on their head back in his days of serving about 60+ years ago!  Too cute!
This happened in my jacuzzi yesterday with Joy and Tom in their cloud pillow.  I think that my entire jar of dish soap got used up.
Many memories making me smile and feel nostalgic - the 3 in about 6 months at our family pool party last year.
Little sisters are in Minnesota at Extreme Faith camp and our Bernadette is experiencing it all!  She and brother, Dominic, are there with all the little brothers and here with ls Stella and ls Abigail!
All 23 grands last year at our Verly pool party.  This year the oldest 2 were missing.
Getting older and busier - Simon is our oldest grandchild and next is Mary.  We are grateful that they are living in Marshall this summer and both working here.  Simon at ADM and Mary for the Beef Council.
In a week Big Dave will join Therese at 18 years old!  Little Dave is 16 and Gus is 15.  On Saturday the military family will be moving to Fort Leonardwood, MI.  Hubby is helping them move and possibly some farm kids and Bandzuch kids too.
I am in love!  The shelves and door on the woodbox went in yesterday!
This is the picture I came across that helped me to have a vision for our room after the fire destroyed the back bedroom.  I think the finished result is darn close to this.  I much prefer my Catholic display!
Furniture and we will be close to done!
Rose has now turned 14 and the other 2 will this fall.  One of our many groups of cousins that are cousin friends for life.
Then we have our 3 boys in 6 weeks!  Their mothers were pregnant with them when we all went to France for Hallel's final vows!  Making the total going to France at 24 with the 3 in the womb!  Guess what you 3 have been to France!
Ice cream cones at the farm 2 years ago just as our military family was moving to Fort Leavenworth, KS.  The 2 youngest girls, Maggie and Evie!
Maggie was 3 and just turned 5.  In 2 days they will move again to Fort Leonardwood, MI!
Cones for dessert have become a family tradition since our days of going to Michigan over the 4th of July at my parent's retirement home/cabin for us kids.
Birdie and Hector were clinking their cones together and saying "Cheers!"
Oh, Michigan memories - Ruth with baby Rose just learning to walk - Rose turned 14 on May 1st, and she is taller than her beautiful mom!  I recall that she would take her mom or dad's fingers and walk down into the Big Lake!

Yes, the sand is sugar sand and the water is that clear and beautiful!  I am addicted to Michigan!
Maria with a gorgeous bouquet from their forever home last year.  She is highly stressed having to pack up and move again - the 4th year in a row!
Dominic now at Extreme Faith Camp up by the Cities with the Community of the Lamb there to share their amazing prayer and Faith!

Jesus tells us today in the Gospel as he sends for the Apostles - "As you go, make this proclamation: 'The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.' Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons..."  Matthew 10
Hallel and one of Nancy's kids some years ago - staining the Monastery.

How we love to have our nun and her Amazing Community of the Lamb just 6 hours away!  We have plans to do a Verly Catholic Work Camp in KCK with Hallel and the little sisters and brothers.  We will stay in an Airbnb nearby and pray, eat, and do work that needs to be done by them or in the poor neighborhood where they live.  This is happening instead of the Boundary Waters this year!
2 years ago the Community came through the farm on the way to a sharing of their life in the Cities - Rose showed them her Fair Calf!
Gathering to sing Salve Regina at night prayer on the farm!
Salve Regina - Hail Holy Queen as sung like angels just like our little sisters each night!  Heavenly!

John's family a year ago - LOVE!
Sharing Mass with a friend from France, Sister Ode.  She belongs to the Morning Star Community in Ghent.  We went from no sisters in habits in our area other than the Schoenstatt Sisters in Sleepy Eye.  We now have two orders!
Tom, I and Joy went down to the creek to play on a hot day.
Baby Bernadette showing her dimples 12 years ago in Michigan in the kitty cat room!
Daughter, Maria and husband, Major Joseph are set to move to Missouri in 2 days!  There will be a caravan of hubby with the livestock trailer, Joe in a Uhaul truck, their large van and their small kid car.
My Rosary is calling out to me... I thought John and I would be working on his book today, but it looks like that is not happening.
John meeting baby Augustine 15 years ago.  two years after his battle with brain cancer!

We start visiting our friend Marie.
