The Pat and Barb Verly family and their 5 children, in laws and grandkids along with many prayer warriors have been drawn together by John's cancer... sharing daily for 8 months started this blog- Family Soul Story - Our faith, family, farm and now our cancer journey called HEALING have colored and deepened our world. WE continue to share and depend on the support of our prayer warrior community, that has lowered us into the Lord's presence for His healing!

A year ago adorable Birdie Barbara at 7 months - grandma had so much fun doing a photo shoot of her for her First Christmas!
Now a year older at 19 months she is so sweet and smart and happy with many amazing clear words that come from her little mouth in the little girl voice - melts your heart!
With her older brother by 13 months; Jude. They are both super smart!

She is a true Verly girl in all ways! She reminds me of her 4 aunts that are my daughters.
Such a good and happy baby and now a 1 1/2 year old continues to be happy and healthy and smart and a touch of spice!
The the light of my two Advent candles praying for Nancy and her baby girl today as she is having an ultrasound at 2:30p. It is looking like she will be coming a bit early next week, so we are holding them in prayer.
Nancy's little girl is our Advent baby, and she is surrounded by so many prayers including that of her great-grandparents united in heaven after 7 months apart in their 70 years of marriage - mom died in March of 2020 and Dad died in October of 2020. They are praying more perfectly now as they have "eyes of the heart."
How we love new LIFE as each new little one makes our LOVE grow more and more!
Breath of Heaven, carry us on the impulse of Christ's love, as easily as thistledown is carried on the wind; thatin the Advent season of our souls, while He is formed in us, in secret and in silence - the Creator in the hands of His creatures, as the Host in the hands of the priest -
we may carry Him forth to wherever He wishes to be, as Mary carried Him over the hills on an errandoflove, to the house of Elizabeth.

Wow! This is so inspiring to read today! Yes! Jesus dwells within us and He leads us to where He wants us to share the unconditional LOVE and forgiveness he gives to us with all those we meet! Most especially those in our domestic Church/family!

Thanks mom and dad for bringing me so much each day! Every day since you brought all 13 of our family into The Church 50 years ago has been the most precious gift to me! I miss the two of you terribly, but I had you for 70 years and now you continue to walk with me!
Dad today in the second week of Advent in his Prayer of The Church he left behind for me after being a permanent Deacon in The Catholic Church for 44 years! He lived with me here in our "farm monastery " and we shared morning and evening prayer each day as well as the chaplet and rosary each day at 3p on the porch. Dad had a profound love for the "name of the Lord"

It is all so good! Thanks dad and Little Sister Hallel, who chose this name as it means total praise to our LORD - her spouse! The last 5 Psalms - 145-150 are Hallel Psalms!
Ruth loves to create beauty for each season!
White out blizzard on this day in 2012! I wrote that Ruth was snowed in at the hospital and could not get home to her family. The health care workers do sacrifice for others!
Lord, how we are lifted up each day by all that we are given to help us on our journey! We thanks and praise you! Hallelujah! Jesus, we trust in you. Amen and Hallelujah
