They look so fresh and clean even though they were at the County Fair all day because they shared some fun in the tub!
Tom showed them how to run around grandma's circle, and was very loud and verbal in herding them forward. "Run, run!"Lots of giggles and some fun group exercise. Tom is very familiar with all the activities at grandma's and shared them with his cousin/friends! Out to visit Our Lady and Riley the neighbor cat wanted to see her too and get some pets from the kids.
Beautiful evening with the Queen of heaven and earth and the neighbor cat and cousins for life!
Riley and Maggie
Tom was so cute! He patted the space beside him for Maggie to sit and join the group. Then he would say "cheese" and smile big for me! I could hardly believe that this was happening with the 3 of them spoiling grandma in this way. No complaints or meltdowns - all happy to be close and together on a beautiful evening on the farm!
Their moms and older siblings went to the Rodeo at the Fair and grandma and the littles were cool and happy to stay at home. The kids sure loved their time together and I was over the moon happy to see how much they enjoyed each other and spoiled grandma with so much JOY!
All fall down!
A posed one where they were all happy and agreeable!
Jumping on the bed - "Jump, jump, jump!'3 Little Monkeys jumping on the bed. Grandma was very vigilant that none fell off the broke their head! She did manage to take so many pictures of the fun!
Oh my! So very much fun!!! Maggie and Tom waving goodbye to Gina and her family as they returned to Delano after the rodeo. Today they finished an in ground pool at their home, and I told Tom that he and grandma will go there and swim with his sweet cousin friend Regina Maria! Filling it with water today! Soon!!!!
Rain last evening, but we only got half an inch. It is something..
Me and my pictures at the fair. I find that after my time with my family I have not been able to share much about our time at the fair. I think it will have to wait for tomorrow or so. Although tomorrow is another big day at the Fair for me. Maybe later tonight????
Son John in on the fair board along with hubby, and it was cute to see him with his crew of nieces and nephews. I think Maria and her kids - the military family had a great first time at the County Fair after West Coast and East Coast. Now 7 hours away in Kansas!
Tom and Gina twinning at the County Fair in our Christmas 2022 purple shirts from this year.
Tom was happy and surprised to see Gina napping in grandma's bed when we went back home yesterday. So sweet and loving!Easter 2004 - Maria had entered the Poor Clare Monastery in Sauk Rapids on January 1st. Ruth is pregnant with their first child - Simon, who will be 19 in September. Maria discerned for 5 months and then knew that the Lord was not calling her to be a nun. She is now married to Major Joseph and has 7 children.

Today is Maria's Feast day as it is St Clare today! Such an amazing Saint she is! We continue to be in touch with the Poor Clare nuns and call them with prayer needs as they live behind the enclosure and PRAY!
The 5 at Ruth's wedding on November 22, 2003 - Maria entered just a month and a half later.
Maria with her youngest 2 year old Magdalene Rose! Maria could not remember the last time she had been to the fair since she showed there herself in 2001... 22 years! This was the first fair for all of her kids and they had a wonderful time! I need to write more tomorrow - there is just too much!

The Gospel for St Clare is so powerful today... Matthew 16:24-28
Gospel Mt 16:24-28
Jesus said to his disciples,
"Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself,
take up his cross, and follow me.
For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it,
but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world
and forfeit his life?
Or what can one give in exchange for his life?..." Matthew 16!
Filling the stands at the beef show yesterday morning! 13 grandkids that stayed with grandpa and I for the night. They came to enjoy the steak fry! Next year the fake plan is to make 1000 steaks!!! Wow!
Patrick is hiding from me.
More about the fair tomorrow or Sunday.... Too much today! I still have to go and pray an hour for Fr Denny with 7 Sisters!
Wonderful sharing about suffering and the Gospel today by a wonderful Poor Clare nun - Mother Angelica!
She is right on!
Now dad's man, Brother Victor, sharing about the 3 months he lived in Assisi! So powerful and peaceful.
Lord and Lady, thank you for all the wonderful family time shared! I am overwhelmed by the JOY and the LOVE and the LIGHT! Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless, Barbara and the 34 plus many little Brothers and little Sisters!
St Clare protected her sisters by using Jesus to scare away the invading army!
12 years ago - Nancy brings her first born, Augustine to the farm!
Tom here today giving Hallel and ride in his truck - no wonder grandma is constantly distracted and giggling uncontrollably! Oh my!!!
