After praying together around the advent wreath the 4 kids were blowing out the candles. Having grandkids for the next week takes us back to our younger days. I looked for our children's Saint book we used to read out of, but with the packing for the big move ahead and the remodel first - it is packed away.
They know their prayers as they pray with their families every night.
Advent seems more special when you can share it with kids/family. Such a special time of year as we prepare to receive Jesus/The LIGHT into our world of darkness. These dark winter nights set aglow by the candles of the Advent wreath... sharing the warmth of Christ's love for us. Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless, Barb
