I am heading up to a wedding in a little while in St Paul! Hubby is not coming even with the light rain as they will be combining corn soon. I woke up not knowing what I could wear and really unhappy with my long hair these days. I was very close to cutting it myself, but thankfully I had the crazy idea to curl it up with some silk leaves! I am entitled to be crazy on my 72nd birthday!
Our Lady of the Immaculate heart - help me to be more like you and less like me!
The dress is one from years ago and it works as it is a sweater dress with a long sweater to go over the top! First thing I tried on and I was so relieved and happy!
I went overboard for sure! I was going to travel with John and Bobbi, but I discovered that St Therese and her parents, who are also saints are in the Twin Cities - their relics are in St Paul Cathedral today and at my home parish where Pat and I were married - Basilica of St Mary in Minneapolis tomorrow! Now I am driving alone to Nancy's so that tomorrow I can go with Nancy and family to see these amazing Saints!
A wedding gift that graces the window in my bedroom!
We will all gather at Nancy's about 3p and head to St Paul to the wedding in their big wonderful van! The party van today!
Leaves off the cottonwood tree too.
I love FALL!
In my prayer space with Our Lady.
Enough already!
Tom over yesterday and made grandma lay down with him for his nap. Such a hard life at times!
The artwork of his parents years ago when they lived here.
Did some helping with rides yesterday while they combined the field by our house. Clouds and grain bins are a beautiful sight! Keep the farmers safe, O Lord!

Dad and Brother Victor - St Bruno - silence and solitude. I am heading out in my chapel on wheels and it will be heavenly silent and there will be solitude for me with my beads - Rosary and Chaplet! Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless, Barbara and the 33 plus many Little Sisters and Little Brothers!
