A sacrament that keeps on giving for a lifetime!!

It is here... the big day where two wonderful people come together.  Two special people that I have been able to get to know and share some wonderful deep faith experiences with - TEC!  Today being the feastday of Mary, and with a powerful Gospel of Truth shared with us from Christ himself - in which He reminds us that we need to become as little cildren - humble and trusting.  I can think of no better way to describe this couple's love and faith, so looking at their becoming one in just a few hours as they give the sacrament of marriage to each other... I am realizing that this is such an amazing sacrament- one that gives for a lifetime!
This is the first wedding for my brother, Dan, and his wife, Angela-Chaca.  Their oldest child, Sam, is my wonderful nephew that loves our farm and wonderful gift of Faith - TEC!   We are forever blest by Sam in our family and life!  It was a great thing to travel 2 days to be here on this glorious sunny day in Happy Valley- State College, PA!  There are bets on whether I or his mom will start crying first.  I think that I will win.  My reputation is built on a river of tears, and knowing this sacrament after 34 years and how it has changed me for the better and gifted me with my 11 children - 6 in heaven, and going on 11 grandchildren - 2 in heaven, and the wonderful son-in-laws that are such special sons to me!   Then to have a daughter, who is a bride of Christ, and the out of this world Community of the Lamb, and now to have our son considering the priesthood - our domestic Church built upon the Church and this sacrament of LIFE and LOVE is truly a sacrament that keeps on giving and giving and changing me for the better - if I let go and let God!
With Sam's brother, our Godson, Stephen!  Jesus, we love you and thank you for the beauty of this wonderful day in PA!  We know that you are in the midst of this in which your Church is strengthened by the beginning of a new Domestic Church - Mr and Mrs Sam and Kara Cross!  We rejoice with them and You along with your wonderful Mother, Mary Most Holy, all the Angels and Saints.   Bless Sam and Kara as they go forth to love and serve you now and always.  Jesus, hold them close to your heart burning with love for them.   Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Halleluia
Bless-bless, Barb
"Children were brought to Jesus that he might lay his hands on them and pray.  The disciples rebuked them, but Jesus said, 'Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.'  After he placed his hands on them, he went away."
