Smiles all around as we get our first real hugs from our Hallel! She is meeting Luke and Dominic for the first time! I found tears of excitement and JOY starting with my goodbye to Pat this morning and throughout the day as we got closer and closer.
The sisters are so happy to be together after a long separation.
So many beautiful flowers and greenery making the chapel so special for the vigil which starts at 11:30p and goes through the night. I plan to get up and go for all or most! It should be out of this world - literally!
Don't want to let go of our Hallel!
The two girls couldn't resist the few daffodils that were growing - sorry Little Sisters!
Hard are work making it a celebration of LIFE and LIGHT and LOVE beyond telling!
The after pictures will be amazing for sure!
We had better get out of their way... so that the jobs may get done in time for the big rising from the tomb - "We await the rising of Christ with Mary his mother, so the fire will not happen til towards morning." explained Hallel to us about the vigil tonight and through the night. When asked about sleep - "We receive special graces tonight to not require the usual sleep."
We are here!
What JOY fills our hearts for the gift of Family and sharing our Faith at this highest of Holy Days - Easter! Jesus, we trust in YOU. Bless-bless, Barbara Luke and Family
