Jesus scrolling through our lives/Easier to love what we don't see than what we see?

 From August... Obviously I have been home with not a picture taken in the last few days.  I have been in communication with my sister about my parents current situation, so many thoughts flying their way and fake plans to head that way tomorrow morning for the weekend.

The report has been that they each have taken a fall within a couple days of each other, and that is shocking to hear.  They both have come out of it OK, but as my sister-in-law says, it is a bad sign. How is this going to work out... I pray that they can have more good time together all the time and without ceasing!

 A most precious memory from over 3 1/2 years ago in KC... so much have changed over those years.

I had a wonderful "chat" with my Little Sister Hallel last evening, who remains in KC and we now stay right with her when we visit and share in their lives of prayer and dishes!  We have fake plans to get there in the next few weeks after we get through the TEC retreat.

 This home has now been sold!  It is being lived in by a mother and her kids - another sad divorce situation!  So many of the houses buying and selling has to do with divorce.  What has happened to this world and how marriage is under attack and so many failing!

 This is baby Romeo, now 5 years ago!  Yes, much has happened in those 5 years including 3 new siblings... Open to family and raising LIGHTS!

Therese with her sweet baby brother, Hector!  He is 10 months old yesterday and we were delighted to have 3 days to hold him, feed him, hug him and realize that he is a wonderful loving happy and healthy boy!

I admit that just before coming here to post today... I had been scrolling through facebook.  Yes, I do this most mornings and feel that there is a Catholic ministry there as I share most things Catholic pertaining to respecting LIFE and today I shared a post about infant loss and how sharing that pain brings us to a place of respect for ALL LIFE and for each other.  I also am very liberal with my liking and loving what people are called to share... feeling that this is important to lift up many.  My daughter, Nancy's ministry Catholic Sprouts is always loved and shard along with her Small Things with LOVE sharings.

I was then praying over the readings from mass today.. starting last night with evening prayer and then again this morning after morning prayer shared with my husband...  Much from St John in I John 4 today about love an how we are called to love that brother that we can see in front of us, and without that we cannot truly love the God that we can't see.  This sounded contrary to me... it is super hard to love those that are right there in our face day after day... those the closest to us we treat the worst as our toes are stepped on and we hurt and strike back...  Just off the phone with my prayer partner and reminded that we do continue to love those that hurt us and are hurting/our brother and sisters, and lovingly continue to pray for them and reach out in love!

 Trip to KC this October over school break/MEA with Nancy to spend some days with Hallel and The Community of the Lamb. George and the Lamb!

The motto of the Community - "Wounded, I will never cease to love." Yes, that is the answer to our dilemma with those close to us... loving through the hurt!  This is not possible for us alone!  We need to have that not seen Spirit of LOVE/Jesus working in our lives and to give the total control over to Him!

 Dimples and a blue apron in KC - Bernadette is a hard and willing helper when we visit.  She loves to take part in the big job of dishes after every meal.  Prayer and dishes, as they must heat the water for dishes and bathing - no hot running water!

 The best hours of the day!  Adoration of Jesus in his humble wooden monstrance on the altar after morning and evening prayer!  How wonderful to share this time with my nun daughter and our Family of the Lamb!

In the Gospel today Jesus is handed the "scroll" and he finds this verse in Isaiah to read to all of us gathered to hear His Words!
He stood up to read and was handed a scroll of the prophet Isaiah.
He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it was written:
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
because he has anointed me
to bring glad tidings to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives
and recovery of sight to the blind,
to let the oppressed go free,
and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord.

Rolling up the scroll, he handed it back to the attendant and sat down,
and the eyes of all in the synagogue looked intently at him.
He said to them,
“Today this Scripture passage is fulfilled in your hearing.”
And all spoke highly of him
and were amazed at the gracious words that came from his mouth.

The word scroll just made me smile as we are certainly used to that term and use as we attempt to uplift people's lives and share The Truth far and wide to our friends!  He read the description of His LIFE here on earth and how he is the true Messiah!  How often do we read something that so powerfully and precisely shares The Truth that we burn to share it and proclaim it from the rooftops?  Quotes from St Teresa of Calcutta, or St JPII that cut through the lies of Satan and reveal the LIGHT to the world?  Jesus, does scroll through our own lives and pushes the LOVE button and the LIGHT button that fills us with more than we can ever take in... we never come to the end of our growing and walking with Him down the narrow path carrying/dragging our Most Cherished Cross and finding LIGHT/LOVE/LIFE!

 Jesus with his spouse, Little Sister Hallel!  My heart is full and the tears are flowing at this most beautiful and perfect marriage and how she takes the LOVE she has been given out to the world!

Everywhere I look - -such beauty to behold with their humble simple life lived for Jesus, each other and all those they carry Jesus/Word to each day!

Jesus, we are yours and love how you touch our lives and control our lives if only we allow you to work and allow us to die to self so that your Holy Spirit may dwell in us!  Touch all of me and leave nothing behind - I want to give my all to you!  May we love without counting the cost or remembering the hurt.  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah

 Jesus on the altar!  How I love, love, love The Church!

 The Beauty and the Truth found in The Catholic Church is stunning and makes my soul soar to the highest heavens!  My prayers are lifted to Jesus through his Mother, Mary Queen of heaven and earth!

 The food from heaven and united with my family no matter how far they are away from me - united in the Eucharist!

The Blood of the Lamb - "Wounded, he will never cease to LOVE!"  His love saves us and He touches all of our lives!  How I love that he gave his mother to us at the foot of the cross!  We bring her into our homes to find Peace, LOVE, JOY!

The Sacrament of healing!  Reconciliation where Jesus' words of unconditional love and forgiveness to us - "Go in peace, your sins are forgiven."  Thank you, Lord!

So sad for those that do not love or even give this sacrament a chance to wash them clean over and over as we stumble down the narrow path following our loving and forgiving Lord!
