Lots of laughter and sharing and meals and painting and time for me to blog. It was a relaxing few days in Kansas culminating with Therese's 16th Birthday on Monday and David's Confirmation on Tuesday.
Hubby, Farmer Pat, drove to arrive in time for supper and the Confirmation and take me home on Wednesday. Our semi-retirement with our farm family at home to fill in with the heat of calving going on... allowing us to take some trips for family time.
Maggie fresh out of the tub and in her Easter dress for this special step in his faith by brother, David.Maggie will be 3 in May, and is a very sweet girl who loves her Bumpa! Happy girl to be with her Bumpa for an evening.
Maria has her kids so well disciplined and they help each other out! Such a touching sight to see big brother, Patrick, helping his 5 year old brother, Hector, put on his shoes for mass. Sweet Magdalene Rose with her old grandma.
Archbishop Naumann confirming David Isaac Jogues.
Patrick with his staff. Archbishop is very important to us as he brought Hallel's Community of the Lamb to Kansas City, Kansas! They are out of France and this is their first and only Foundation in The United States and it is only half a day's travel for us from the farm in Marshall!
We are eternally grateful that there are times that our nun can be close to home. Even when she is in Europe, we still have our Family of the Lamb there and we can still visit and be close to our Community of the Lamb!
Archbishop is also the head of LIFE for the Bishops! He is very outspoken in saving lives that are in danger of Abortion. He also is black and white about those that claim to be Catholic in high political positions and promote abortion rights up to birth! So wrong and horrible! He is my hero! All life is precious to Him from conception to natural death.
Amazing gifts for David from Godfather, Jim, of St Isaac Jogues!
Maggie Rose is sweet and 2 1/2
7 year old Evie in her braids for David's special Day.
She will have her First Communion in July in Kansas.
Patrick and Romeo serving the Archbishop.
Good job boys! Dad's man, Brother Victor Antione, today on Humility.... love how dad shared with me the gems he found there.

Tom was here yesterday making grandma feel like she is back into the routine.
