Little Augustine sits on the floor paging back and forth through the great book that his mom made for him out of felt and buttons and sequins, and fun pictures - this one is for the letter "n" that is in his name and it stands for nun - Nancy made it look like the little Sister Hallel - the aunt, who lives in France with the Community of the Lamb and has never seen or held Gus! He seems to really like this page and go back to it over and over. I just checked and both Nancy and Maria have posted on their blog - http://dosmallthingswithlove.blogspot.com/... It is super special and I would encourage checking it out. Maria just wrote about Servant of God, Consolata Bertrone... a few years ago I had mentioned to Maria all those that needed prayers and were far away from God. "What should I do about them in prayer?" "Mom, just say this simple phrase...'Jesus and Mary, I love you. Save Souls.' " I just found out that this is from Consolata and the story behind all this... very interesting! And very powerful to be reminded that life is out of our hands, and Jesus is in control!
John speaking to his sisters about the good news of his cancer gone, and now to graduate and know that his future lays ahead bright and filled with hope and promise! We hope to not see this view for 6 months and count on it! Jesus, we thank you and trust in you! Bless-bless
