3rd Sunday of Easter/"with the dawn comes rejoicing"/small slice of heaven sharing Faith and Family!

Dappled in the morning sun in one of my favorite spots on Ruth's porch...little 5 week old Jude in the arms of his family after sharing mass and Sunday breakfast on the porch at the farm.  My heart is so full!

The florescent green pastures behind them... trees to soon leaf out and the lilacs to come and make the world more beautiful for a brief week along with apple blossoms. Will they arrive in a week for Mother's Day?... time will tell.

I was very happy and surprised to find bright flowers that had opened despite the cool weather... Our Lady in the distance also was pleased.

Paul was the lector, the 3 older did a good and reverent job serving on the altar... how I love to share our Faith as a family!  There is nothing more wonderful in my life!  We were able to sit behind Ruth's family and with John and Bobbi with 5 week old, Jude, who was so good even though he was passed up and down the pew.

I was holding Jude when Father consecrated the Body and the Blood and lifted them up to bells ringing to make us realize that this truly is Jesus!  "My Lord and my God!"  So powerful to hold new life and know the reality of Jesus being present there for us in His Word and Body and Blood!

Joy wanted to greet her new baby cousin, Jude.  LOVE the ties of family sharing our Faith!  My heart wants to flow over with so much LOVE/LIFE/LIGHT!

Sing praise to the LORD, you his faithful ones,
and give thanks to his holy name.
For his anger lasts but a moment;
a lifetime, his good will.
At nightfall, weeping enters in,
 but with the dawn, rejoicing.
R. I will praise you, Lord, for you have rescued me.
Yes, we face hardships/the cross in our lives, but by taking up our cross we find rejoicing with the dawn!

Can't get enough of this sweet new family now sharing in our JOY!

Father shared that he had met with each child being brought in for First Communion today..."I as a priest must meet with them and instruct them in how this is truly Jesus for us and we are promising to out of LOVE come and receive him every week!  If we miss a Sunday we need to confess this as a sin." Wow!  So powerful to think that more of these children will be coming to mass each week with their parents!

Revelations 5 - the second reading today describes the rejoicing over the Lamb in heaven whenever we celebrate the mass!
"To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be blessing and honor, glory and might,
forever and ever."

After mass we got to see the new pigs, and Joy wanted to get in there and show them to us...

Even Jude came out to see them with dad... in a few days we will have baby chicks and Jude has a date for pictures with them!

 What is all this interruption of our nap in our new home?  Too cute not to share!

Another animal girl is born on the farm!

 The girls helping out with the fruit for our gathering for a feast on Ruth and Paul's beautiful porch!

 Hopeful for spring with the green landscape!  Simon and Mary were sharing about their lockin at the Catholic School on Friday night!

Grandpa takes the kids in turns to stop and pick up rolls, fruit and Juice while Ruth and David make up a batch of eggs!  Wonderful family time supreme as family times spill over to our farm!  "With the dawn comes rejoicing" as we share our Faith/Family/Farm!

 So sweet to watch 7 year old Rose give her baby cousin some milk from a bottle.  Our love grows more and more with each new life!  There is no limit to how it grows more... not stretched more thin.
The Gospel today is amazing!  Jesus invites the disciples to "come and have breakfast"... He is there alive and sharing his love for his new Church of which now we are given so much with each new day!  How we love, love, love The Bride of Christ, The one true Church!

Baby lover soon to be 11 years old Dave!  Look at that look of love on his face!  My heart is bursting with so much happiness when I see this before me.

Jesus, how we are overwhelmed by your many graces and blessings that we are freely given!  We truly are rejoicing with the dawn as you feed us at your table and your Word fills us with so much new LIFE!  Jesus, may we always fall on our knees and adore you and never be separated from you.  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah!

St Peter... the first Pope!  Now Pope Francis, with St JPII in heaven interceding for us!  He and St Mother Teresa of Calcutta are fighting for LIFE from heaven there is no doubt!  End all abortions - LIFE is sacred from conception to natural death!  Bless-bless, Barb and domestic Church/family!

After Communion... the 3 reverencing Jesus in the tabernacle!  LOVE to see their reverence as they serve.  May Jesus truly come and remain alive for them always!

So amazing!!! The 4 farmwives taking a selfie on the most beautiful day of the spring! Beans are going in, as we visit Ruth's newly remodeled farmhouse for lunch. I tearfully reminded my mother-in-law that our wonderful life on the farm, going on 4 generations, is all because of her and dad! Bless-bless 

Lord, give us some warm sunshine as we have not started planting yet... mom, we miss you, but know you are with us from heaven!
