Hello, there.
Tom is such a wonderful little guy for this old grandma!Jude and Birdie came with gifts and a thank you for the canning we do for our 6 families!
Jammies and fancy hat and jewelery for the visit!Such a sweet show of appreciation - you are why we do the work!
Exciting news - Little Brother David is back in Kansas City after being gone to France for 2 years! I am over the moon excited for his family as they are having him for a home visit with weekend and his friends and family will gather around him! It is even their Church festival, so he will be greeted by so many there!
David is blind and Pat reminded me of the way he celebrated his birthday with the other Little Brothers - totally in the dark, so they could experience how he lives his life - in the dark but with great JOY!
Tom with the basket of "house kittens" - once they cawl out of the basket they move outside.
Ruth working on the windows this morning on the house.Bringing the cows across the road and then the vet is coming to preg check!
They looked happy to be back home after a summer on the pastures. Soon though they will be on corn stalks!

An amazing memory from 10 years ago today - Captain Joseph returned from Afghanistan to be with his family after the traumatic birth of Patrick!

Tom is awake and I am going to pick up the grandkids from school all of a sudden. My life is not my own and I am happy to help out to get all the work done on the farm. Prayers for safety and patience working together. Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless, Barbara and all
