family dynamics

this guy is so sweet and loving and easy to be around.   It is a really nice part of our time here to get to know him better.
He loves to hang out with grandma in the prayer space...
He really likes Mary... probably because he is so cared for and loved by his older sister, Therese!
Mary has been wonderful to have along on this trip.  She is giving and caring and looks out for the younger ones.  She slept on the floor at the hotel so that everyone else could sleep in a bed.  That says so much about Mary!
This girl is a wonderful big sister to her 3 younger brothers!
Romeo loves those older girls, because that is who cares for his every need with love!
The view of Jesus and Mary looking out at their street...
Therese coming out the door of their home.  It is very warm and humid, but cool due to being a rainy day here.
Therese keeping Simon safe as a car goes by on their narrow street...
Therese watching Patrick as he rides down the sidewalk of their housing division
Maria's chart of the times/seasons of The Church.
This calendar reminds us that in two days is the big feast at Saint Pierre in The Community of the Lamb... our friend/postulant Maggie from the U.S. will be taking her habit on the Vigil of the Feast of The Queenship of Mary.  And the next day is the vows taken.  It is possible that Hallel will be renewing her vows this year as every other year they do this until they reach their final vows.  In 2009 John, Nancy and I were there for Susan as she took her habit and became Little Sister Hallel!  So amazing!
A view from inside looking out... a street filled with young families!  Jesus, we trust in you.  Bless-bless, Barb
Talk about CATHOLIC!  It is like being in a Catholic HOME in this place, and that is very wonderful for me.
