Bernadette is in preschool, dance class, soccer, and is a great conversationalist along with dimples on both sides! She has brothers on both sides of her and a sister now, with a new baby to arrive at Easter time. She lives in KC with her wonderful family and gets to drop in and visit the Little Sisters as they live just a half an hour away. Now her Aunt Little Sister Hallel is there, and grandpa Pat and I have fake plans to go there for Thanksgiving and eat her daddy's wonderful cooking/turkey like no other, and spend time with Berna's family and our Family of the Lamb! We are longing for the crop to be out and all the fall work done by then!
My sister, Cheryl, pointed out that Bobbi is much like me with her love of photography and nature and prayer. I do see that , and have been so impressed by her quiet strong stands for what really matters in this world! She has been a member of Birthright with me for a number of years! I came in as a newly married woman in my late 20s and while I was learning to do a pregnancy test... I discovered I was pregnant with my first child!
So many emotions as he was a big part of our healing with John! No, John did not run healed of all his ataxia and the cancer after he was prayed over in the aisle of Church almost exactly 8 years ago at the 8a mass in Holy Redeemer with anointing and a relic of Solanus! But we know that he was part of the army of Saints and prayer warriors along with Our Lady, the Sacraments and ALL The Church has to offer!

John with his grandparents the day he was anointed and prayed over - Blessed Solanus Casey, pray for us and thank you for walking this journey humbly with us! November of 2009! Now 8 years later he has reached a new level of Sainthood!
The first time I attended St Michael's with my parents they had to bring me to see Solanus, so it just seemed good to congratulate him for what he will be experiencing along with all of us that have learned to have him with us on this journey of Faith and family and farm!
The words from Wisdom are so true for each new day, but for me with all that I have filling my life, mind, heart, soul this day..."The Spirit of the Lord fills the world!" Wisdom 1 from the first reading today.
Psalm 139 is amazing and the Psalm from mass today!

There can be nothing we can keep from HIM! Why even try? Lay it all at his feet and fly to new heights of as we go down the narrow path!
