You can't put a price tag on family time in my book.  John and I shared morning prayer with Pat and then the office/morning prayer together.  How we love to sing where we can and today "O Come O Come Emmanuel" was a gift to share!  We were marveling that John, who had no brothers with all my losses and thinking that they were boys..."I have 6 up there, and now with Bobbi's brothers and my brother-in-laws... I will have 6 brothers here with me!"

Talk about adorable... a heifer from 6 years ago today, and it looks like another brown winter!  It is great to see the dry roads for our trip to KC tomorrow and then to the Twin Cities from there on Tuesday.  Other than cold, it looks to be great traveling weather!

Ruth's family from 2 years ago at CCC!  She loves the theme and puts time and energy into making her family photos a work of art!

Two years ago at CCC!  Each of our daughters have had a baby since - 3 new girls!  Now we will welcome John's, Bobbi, and her family will become John's.  The Circle grows larger and Family sharing our Faith is what makes our world go round, and for us, who can forget the farm piece of our lives?

Now the one from a week ago just before our huge family Christmas with my family!  Growing larger and more love to share!

Two years ago, but still in our hearts today!  Maria has a house full for Christmas with Joe's brother and family, so they are anything but lonely and far away.
A great one of my parents 2 years ago.  They were there for the entire weekend this year, and we are so thankful for their love and prayers for us each new day!

The 3 boys a year later from this...

LOVE... I didn't manage to get the 3 together this year... One goal that I missed, but I did get some wonderful ones anyways... lots of them!

Love my two Davids!!!  They sure make me smile a lot!

60 years apart sharing the same birthday... Romeo is now 3 and grandpa is 60+3...

The 3 three year olds 2 years ago... were kind of a mess.
Now at 5 they seem to have a better attitude about life... "smile, be happy!"

Patrick hanging with his Jesus... how he leans on him from the beginning of his life here on earth!

If your confused by all my jumping around from year to year... I am basking in the memories of just a week ago and then to years back from our glorious family time supreme at CCC!  That is when we are all together, so how can it not be the Christmas that I adore and cherish?

Today the words of Zechariah from the Gospel first written and then he gained his ability to speak and "spoke God's blessing"   His words - "John is his name."  Sharing this Gospel with my son, John, who I held in my arms at birth and marveled that we had a son!  Our only son in the long run, but other wonderful sons have come to us through our daughters!  They are open to LIFE and raising LIGHTS!  Sharing our Faith as a family is such a wonderful gift!!!
So happy to welcome another wonderful daughter into our family, with whom we share the most important part of LIFE... Jesus and His Bride, The Church!

Jesus, we long to welcome you into our hearts totally and without reservation.  May we give to those around us without counting the cost and die to self so that you may live in us!  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah
Something about black and white and each holding a baby...

Bless-bless, Barbara Mary Luke
The 3 boys... now the 3 girls within a year.  I did get them together at least!  Actually Ruth and Nancy did this for me!  Thanks so much!

The same Jesus who came to us in a manger at Bethlehem comes to us in the Eucharist at every Mass. O Come, All Ye Faithful!
