My parents in deep prayer each day for their family... Dad has just shared how he has felt the Lord directing him in his work, his calling to the ministry, Catholic Church, becoming a permanent deacon in The Catholic Church, adopting 4, where we have lived and the wonderful homes provided for us including a mansion in the Cities, and our amazing vacation home in Michigan!!! Yes, although poor by many standards the Lord spoiled us! I am so spoiled by my wonderful prayerful, Faith-filled parents! The tears of JOY come quick and plentiful!!!
Around 90 of my family gathered night before last for our Cross Christmas celebration! We were missing about 30, and each was missed deeply. My mother today is mourning those that were not there. I can understand as it was so close to Maria not making it, so the JOY overbounds at her being there glowing and happy!
This little girl rarely got put down... grandpa Pat, after 4 months of her living with us, has a special bond with his little 13 month old Evangeline Mary!
Such a beautiful place with a blanket of snow making it a winter wonderland all around us... Pat with the little ones was a usual sight.
The three 5 year olds together! Cousin time is so precious to them!
Contentment and Happiness in picture form!
The three 4 years ago when they were all around 1... LOVE!
Bobbi came to meet the family/my family... They all see what John sees in them! And Bobbi reinforced that "you have a wonderful family, Barb." How I love to see it through her eyes!
My two adorable red heads!! Romeo and Joy!!!
I am soon to take Maria to the airport with her 5... the adventure has come around full circle! Prayers for safe travels back to Joseph, and for as I head back to the farm. Pat and I have fake plans to go to KC for Christmas at the end of the week and then some time with his family on Tuesday.
