She informed us that she had a new habit made for her final vows also! The cross has been replaced by the Lamb over her heart. "Wounded, I will not cease to love." the motto of the Community of the Lamb!
I am taking a few minutes before we hit the road as hubby is dealing with the gremlins on the farm that always seem to make us late. Well, today it gives me a moment to share my excitement of our sudden trip to KC.
Surrounded by family in France!
We have been informed that 3 of the Community that have been here in the U.S. for the last 10 years, and are truly family to us are soon to leave for other foundations in Europe and South America. There is a chance that we will not see them again in this lifetime! Pat sees a small window due to the rain in the midst of harvest, so we are making a trip down to say our goodbyes!
I copied this off for her Birthday card about 3 weeks late, but it is better to give it to her personally and give her a hug with it! We are also loading our car with our canning as they are one of our 7 families and I toiled over a meal to share with the 14 little sisters tonight after mass shared at 6:30p.
Jesus, we love you and are so grateful that our family has been enriched and expanded by our wonderful Family of the Lamb. Go with Little Sisters Ode, Benedict and Stephanie. We send them off with our LOVE and prayers always! Bless-bless, Barb
Hallel describes her life as prayers and dishes... the perfect combination of Mary and Martha in the Gospel today - Luke10:38-42
Mary has chosen the better part
and it will not be taken from her."
It is so powerful to witness and share with them as they sit at the feet of our Lord and He speaks to them and shares his love with them! Thank you Lord!! Hallelujah!!!

Love... the beads will be my companion in my chapel on wheels today!
