I just watched the one minute we were given on the Twin Cities news - they make a point of calling us anti-abortion, which is meant to sound hateful and wrong. NO, we are Pro-LIFE! Yes, we abhor the evil of killing human babies in the womb! The most moving sign we witnessed..."1/3 of our generation lost to abortion" held by young people our children's age and that of our grandchildren... so sad that so many lights have been extinguished, and it would be a whole different world indeed.
Archbishop blessing us as he leaves the prayer service at The St Paul Cathedral. Our Gospel was Jesus taking a child …"Whoever receives one child such as this in my name, receives me..." Mark 9
A group from St Peter's in Mankato lead cheering for babies, Eucharist, Prolife, and Mary the Mother of God! Something to cheer about indeed!
The beauty of our Church in full display in such a stunning atmosphere as we prayed for ALL LIFE!
My patron Saint, St Luke, looking over the section of high school students...a full church!
Intercessions covered..." newborn babies : that they may teach us the consummate beauty and value of every human life"
newly married couples, those in prisons , in hospitals, the elderly, every woman who has had an abortion, those that work with the healing of mothers and their children... lots to pray for that have been touched by abortion...1/3 of my generation lost to abortion... heart breaking!
Come Holy Spirit!
I have been blessed with some time to allow the Holy Spirit to work with prep for Confirmation with Godson, Danny Cross! Jesus, we know that each life is a gift and brings gifts to the world. May more lives be given the gift of LIFE. Bless-bless, Barb

The United States single-handedly is responsible for the deaths of over 60 million unborn babies since 1973. We must pray and act to end abortion. #EWTN #ProLife #WhyweMarch #Catholic #TuesdayThoughts

Day of Prayer for the Protection of the Unborn
America you are beautiful…and blessed…. The ultimate test of your greatness is the way you treat every human being, but especially the weakest and most defenseless. If you want equal justice for all and true freedom and lasting peace, then America, defend life.”
-Pope John Paul II
