Each day on Hallel's decade of the rosary - #4... I pray for the 3 new postulants - Jed, Kayla and MaryAnna. It is very powerful to witness these young people coming to say "yes" to the Lord's call to them!
Two of the American Little Sisters, Joyce and Oliviana, inacting Thanksgiving play last year in KC!
A year ago we were in KC for Thanksgiving with The Community of the Lamb. Hallel was there for the year and Jed, now Little Brother David. Both of them are in France, and we are planning to go to KC in December instead of now. They are one of our 7 families we can food for, and we bring our soup and applesauce to them. Pat and I yearn to go on the road to visit our families now that we have a window between harvest and calving... Kansas City and Tacoma, Washington are on our list this year.
The Little Brothers built a monastery 2 years ago! This is their sweet holy chapel, Light of Mary the Mother of God, at the bottom of the hill from the Little Sisters Monastery, Lumen Christi/LIGHT of Christ! Our family of the Lamb is such a blessing to us!The Little Brother's Cupala of Mary the Mother of God, who bore LIGHT into the world!
Little Brother David in France! "I have been loved for free, and I want to love for free. That's my call and my joy!"
Pictures taken from the computer screen... I am over the moon with great JOY at seeing this butterfly coming forth from the cocoon!
A visit this summer in July - we took David and Rose with us! We brought Hallel home for her first home visit in 3 years! It was a surprise to all of us, and Hallel got to meet our new granddaughter, Birdie Barbara, and see her grandfather for the first time in 12 years! As LS Judith said; "The Holy Spirit is at work here in opening this door for Hallel to travel home to the farm with you."
A meal at Little Brothers with David, Hallel, and Jed - now Little Brother David!
Thanksgiving this year will be all the Marshall families gathering, which makes for a nice gathering. Fake plans are buzzing for a family Christmas in January with Nancy and Maria joining us here on the farm... "fake plans" are our JOY! Wishing all a most happy Thanksgiving this year of its own - 2020!
Jesus, Hold Little Brother David close to your heart burning with love for him. Thank you for his beautiful witness of saying "yes" to your call! Jesus, we trust in you. Amen and Hallelujah
Jude and Birdie playing together gives me lots of smiles!LOVE this from Brother Victor Antione today ... LIGHT is so wonderful this time of year for sure!
