Our entire family in Mary's hands/Fr Germain dies in Guatemala/Eternal LIFE includes today!

Nancy and Bill and their 6 children joined by their 3 heavenly siblings today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine in LaCrosse, Wisconsin - shrine of our lady of guadalupe - Search (bing.com)

Nancy wrote; We had a great trip to La Crosse to visit the shine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  There was a memorial to the unborn where many babies lost to miscarriage were buried.  Behind was a statue of Mary holding 3 babies and the kids agreed they were Peter, Maximilian, and Catherine, our babies in heaven.  So, this is a full family picture!

Utterly beautiful to "see" the full family gathered together and keeping our eyes on heaven to be united with them in eternal LIFE!

Regina under Nancy's jacket - it was cold and snowy today - good old March in Minnesota!
Stations of the Cross outside on a cold day.
3 year old George sleeping on dad's shoulders.
As Therese said to her mom after one of her losses by miscarriage - "when we get to heaven we are going to have to have a BIG van for all those kids!  For Nancy and Bill - 9 children!   Our family knows well that LIFE is from conception to natural death!  So we know that they are part of our family and we will rejoice to be together someday!

Eternal LIFE is in the words of JESUS to us in the Gospel today from John 5...

Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever hears my word
and believes in the one who sent me
has eternal life and will not come to condemnation,
but has passed from death to life..."  John 5

I was reminded in my daily readings of prayers and meditations for today -  Eternal LIFE has begun with today!  We are brought to New LIFE on to Eternal LIFE and it includes today and forward!

“This is how one loves”
When Maria left for the monastery on January 1, 2004, she left this sign in her brothers room next to his crucifix on the wall. When she discerned out of the monastery five months later she made a stations of the cross in the Grove for us. This crucifix was on the big maple tree by the garden where we started and finished our stations. If ever there was a picture of an old rugged cross this would be it! Truly this is how one loves! Bless bless

Special pictures from Guatemala - Pat's mother's cousin, Fr Germain Louwagie died while serving the poor in Guatemala at his side was Pat's cousin, Fr Vincent Louwagie!  9 priests concelebrating his funeral mass!!!  Wow!
Talk about being honored and love displayed!

He was such a kind and wise man!  When Pat and RaTerra visited Guatemala about 15 years ago they spent some time with Fr Germain.  He would visit family in Marshall every few years, and his cousin, Anna Verly, was where he stayed while here!

He was loved and he will be missed!  He was living his Faith by loving and serving the poor in Guatemala.  He was a Missionhurst priest!  At one point he was a missionary to the U.S. in New Mexico!  About Us (missionhurst.org)

So good from Pope Benedict and mom today!  Come Holy Fire!!!

Dad and The name!
May we return the unconditional LOVE and forgiveness we have been given to those around us - especially to those the closest to us!  "Wounded, I will never cease to Love."

The Saint that is just me

Bless-bless, Barbara and the 50!
