A beautiful day for Tom's 6 month birthday today! So much fun with the two youngest while grandpa and Paul with the help of Ruth put cows and calves out on pasture! The "bouncy seat" tractor was big brother, Simon's favorite when he was little!

Joy and grandma out on my first day back on the farm to check out the many apple blossoms - Apples this year it looks like, and we are ready for applesauce and apple pie filling and all the yummy apple desserts. We missed them last year, so we are super happy to have a good bunch this year!Maggie out with her mom today and looking happy and better with each new day!
Our kitten companion today while we visited the apple blossoms... the 9 kittens are getting so cute!
Green grass and apple blossoms with lots of dandelions sprinkled here and there - officially spring is here - while I was away we got inches of rain and still not able to plant the crop!
Blue eyed kitten in the tree!
Close up of the little red haired freckled girl with violet and baby kitten...
Cows and calves are going out on the green pastures today! Grandma is here to be with Joy and Tom while Ruth is out helping the men.
Down to get the mail with apple blossoms in her hair.
Little kitten was very scared and meowing for us. He came running through the tall grass to get picked up by Joy and get some reassuring hugs.
The mail in her backpack, apple blossoms in her hair, and baby kitten getting some snuggles after being scared and worried all by himself under the apple trees.
The lilacs are starting to open a few more days until we can smell the most wonderful aroma!
Late lilacs this year, but there will be some!
