Sharing the fair with our city cousins/"...what God has joined together, man must not separate.” - marriage is for always!

Farmgirl Rose Again with her cousin, Gus, who is just a year older enter the ring at the pig show.  Rose has shown for the last 5 years, but this is the first year for Gus and his 3 younger siblings.  Grandpa loves to share the farm with his big family and is behind this summer of sharing our wonderful farm life!  16 year old Mary is announcing this year  and not showing pigs - she showed beef and her beloved goats.
14 year old David showing his cute pig - he did well with reserve champion and plans to show it at the State Fair in a couple weeks.
9 year old Bernadette showing for the first time - the heat was the hardest part of her showing.
David and Gus and their pigs
We filled the stands with family!  3 year old George gives his 2 year old cousin, Birdie a hug...
Joy and Josephine off the see the chickens behind the pig show is in action!
Birdie and the pig show.
Family enjoying the pig show with many family taking part with the cuteness of pigs
Buddies!
6 weeks apart and best buddies!
6 months apart and sharing farm life - they call Berna an honorary Lanoue along with her big brother, Gus.
Always need 2 with the pig action behind!
Now the 2 newest babies in our family - 8 month old Regina and 9 month old Tom at their first fair/pig show!  In the ring behind them Rose, Gus and David are showing their pigs and doing well.
Grandpa is the baby magnet!  I love that about him so much as he set the standard our family lives by - "open to LIFE and raising LIGHTS!"  By embracing my Most Cherished Cross in the marital embrace I have been blessed with LIFE/LOVE/LIGHT!  12 children - 7 in heaven and 5 here with us.  Now we are numbering 34 with one in the womb and 13 in heaven.  They keep our eyes on heaven as we stagger down the narrow path carrying/dragging our Most Cherished Cross.
He has the whole world in those huge hands of his!  Today was the Gospel from Matthew about marriage being for keeps and forever!

“Have you not read that from the beginning
the Creator made them male and female and said,
For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother
and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh?

So they are no longer two, but one flesh.
Therefore, what God has joined together, man must not separate.” Matthew 19

My time here is ending as we are attending the rodeo tonight.  Bless-bless, Barbara
