Tom is walking with a shopping cart!/Maria on her way - so far dry roads/CCC tomorrow/Many prayers as we prepare in the storm

I have been begging for pictures of Tom walking behind his shopping cart, and finally I asked the right person- his dad!  Even with the Christmas tree for a backdrop and such a sweet smile!  JOY!

His little buddy - 1 1/2 year old Maggie is now on her way to join us for our family Christmases.  Here she is eating a nugget in Ohio.  I have been checking in as they travel and they missed the ice predicted and for the most part have had dry roads.  So many prayers!  

Thanks Paul!  I am so excited to think that I will get my 3 babies together at CCC tomorrow night!  I am a bit nervous today as there is quite a storm with snow and wind all around us.  It is supposed to end about noon tomorrow and we are hoping to get on the road at about 3p - filling up our big pickup with John's family of 4 plus Hubby and I!  Lord, we are yours and TRUST! 

I think Paul knows my rule of 3 to capture it perfectly!  Each one a gift and soon he will just walk away from his shopping cart and walk everywhere as a big one year old usually does at some point.

Enough already!  I do like him with Mary and Jesus, though.

20 pound bird is now roasted and ready for Christmas dinner at CCC!  I was a bit worried about power outage in the middle, but we made it through the 5 hours of baking.  It is moist and wonderful!  

This is what Maria is heading towards, and I am not sure when she will meet it.  The Lord is leading the way as we pray her here safely!

What can I say other than it is pretty and we are trusting as we prepare to gather at Cross Christmas Camp in Amery, WI!  

It really isn't that cold - around 30 degrees, so that helps a lot.  

The reason for the Season!  Much of what we share at CCC is based around our shared Catholic Faith from Rosary shared in the morning each day and intentions to Baby Jesus with Santa.  We also sing Christmas Carols with Santa!  

Jesus, we love you and are forever grateful for your coming into our hearts, minds and souls.  Be with all those traveling tomorrow.  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah
