The beauty of Motherhood!

So beautiful to be able to watch my daughter with her two young children so closely and warmly.... They have been raised without computer and internet, so there is not much of the electronic distractions going on.  We just watched a video on St Elijah after supper for the last few nights before bath time... This is their daddy's patron saint and also very important in the miracle of the widow... with Halell's community of the Lamb!  How I loved those wonderful nest years and to have them living here with us... I can once again experience the simple joys of motherhood... feeding them, snuggling with them, bathing them, reading to them and a surprise!  Daddy just called to talk to them for 5 minutes!  They were all bathed and mommy was putting them down for bed... the phone rang... daddy's ring!  Therese got on the phone and in exciting happy terms told him; "I am at grandma's, I have tea parties and I had a popcicle after supper!"  All the important things that daddy needs to know, right?   Most importantly she told him that she loves him, and he can hear that she is staying happy and content while he is away from them!  Thank you Lord, and Jesus we trust in you and thank you for all the gifts that family gives to us!  Amen and Halleluia!
Bless-bless, Barb

In our homes.
When does it begin?
When we pray together.
The family that prays together stays together."  Blessed Teresa of Calcutta
