WE are just a month away from the shortest day of the year... the full moon is gone, so when the sun sets at 5p it really gets dark, and with the first snow covering the ground today - cold! We have the woodstove going and True Grit is on the TV... I am looking at this time at sunset in Kansas City last summer... it warms my heart, and reminds me of good family times. It chases away the feeling like winter is here, and what will it hold for us this year. One cold day at a time, and they are talking that the snow will be gone quickly and we will be back to our brown fall/winter. Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless
The Pat and Barb Verly family and their 5 children, in laws and grandkids along with many prayer warriors have been drawn together by John's cancer... sharing daily for 8 months started this blog- Family Soul Story - Our faith, family, farm and now our cancer journey called HEALING have colored and deepened our world. WE continue to share and depend on the support of our prayer warrior community, that has lowered us into the Lord's presence for His healing!
