This is a picture that my mother took of Ruth Ida when she was just 2 days old and heading home from the hospital on a early January day... she was born on Jan 4th, 1980... 90 years after the birth of her great grandmother - Ida Louwagie. She was to be Ruth Theresa, but had to be Ruth Ida due to sharing her great grandmother's day of birth. I call this picture "My Little Rosebud." And now that I am praying for Ruth's little baby growing inside of her.. I think of her and call her little rosebud. We don't know if it is girl or boy yet, but that is just helping me to pray without ceasing for the welfare of both mother and baby!
Blessed Mother we know that you have the welfare of all families foremost in your Immaculate heart... we give all our little unborn into your care. Jesus, we trust in you.
