All my ways are before you/"Nancy praying for me perfectly" brings tears/His Plan is perfect!

 2 years ago with bouquets from John and Bobbi's wedding around them.  Therese had sewed these watercolor aprons for the 3 little girls... Josephine, Joy and Evangeline.

 That is a grandma thing to do with the kids - watercoloring!  Therese knows how to bless me with special gifts with so much thought and work put into them!  She makes my heart sing!

Here is her 6th grade going into 7th grade school picture -

Therese is an amazing baker, sews many wonderful projects and cross sticher, she is a gardener and makes beautiful gardens for Our Lady and vegetables for her family.  She also has started canning apples as of last year.  When I write all this about her I realize that she is following the example of many of her aunts - Ruth and Nancy and her prayer life is after her Godmother, Aunt Hallel!

She also cares with so much love for her younger siblings - here she is with her sister, 3 1/2 year old Evie!  Their love is very deep after Therese did so much of her cares when she was a baby - her fist baby sister, after 3 brothers!

Putting her brothers to work on her vegetable garden... Teaching them as she does the work!  Maria did not embrace gardening, but she has a daughter that is doing it and showing her how!

 Dad and I joining in prayer on the porch yesterday - the rosary and chaplet each day at 3p... there was a warm wind, which dad found chilly, so he used the afghan that Ruth had crocheted for mom and dad at the lake, which came back to me recently.  It looks like the lake and is a nostalgic reminder of the wonderful family time we had there.

 Much of our prayers these days including morning prayer this morning we pray for the situation all over our country which started just 3 hours away in Minneapolis! 

There was mention of assembling and gathering together which brought to mind all that which has been going on all around us in our country of turmoil!  Dad prays a lot for peace and forgiveness to be embraced.

 Dad in the office chair that came from their home... it was like getting a hug from an old friend and will now be used for meals and computer time.  An answer to prayer that came with his visiting a kidney doctor on the computer this morning for a doctor's visit in our home.

Before we had a few minutes for some prayers - putting it all in the Lord's hands and trusting.  The words from Psalm 119 from mass today remind us that the Lord is in control and we place all in his hands!
I keep your precepts and your decrees,
for all my ways are before you.
R.    O Lord, great peace have they who love your law.
We know that all our ways are known by Him and we die to self so that the Lord may live and work in our lives!

 As we were praying dad mentioned that "Nancy is at the feet of Our Lord in heaven, and is praying for me perfectly with love."  I was wiping tears at this connection to my mother, whom I miss so very much.  She has been gone now only going on 3 months, so it still is fresh and the tears are close to the surface.

 So great to be able to just walk a few feet and sit in his own desk chair in comfort and figure things out with his doctor from Sioux Falls.  Unfortunately it looks like he will have to go to Sioux Falls to have the procedure done that he needs going forward.  We will take one day at a time and trust.

Jesus, the prayers were all around us and lifted us up to your and the Plan you have for us!  Knowing that dad's family were thinking about him in prayer and mom in heaven holding him close to her heart.  We trust and follow as the doors open ahead of us.  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah
