Rose in the sink...

Before we moved into this house in 1988... we did some adding on and remodeling.  We put a new bathroom on the main floor with access to our bedroom.  I put in a big sink with the thought that I could give a baby a bath in the sink.  I had just had 2 losses since my youngest Susan/Hallel.  She will be 27 in 8 days, and I am working on a birthday package to send to France tonight.  I still had hope in 1988 that I would have more children, and I did become pregnant after we moved in here, and the next Feb we had our only boy, John Patrick!  And yes, I did give him baths in this sink!  It was a wonderful answer to prayer!  I have since given some grandchildren a bath in the sink, but no more of my own.  I lost two boys at 5 months afer John, and they are both buried at the cemetary, and then I had another loss after that.  But I did get to use my big sink for John and now grandchildren.  When I had Rose the other day... it was a great place to put her sweet little 4 month old cuteness and shoot some pictures.  She fit in there just nice and was super cute!  Wouldn't you agree?
Nothing could be better than to have an adorable precious baby in my big sink!  Thank you, Lord!  Jesus, we trust in you.  You give us good gifts - our cup overflows!  Bless-bless, Barb
