Bernadette loves to have grandma's rosary, and when she sees me with it she begs for it. She then attempts to put it around her neck and feels so pretty and special to have it there. Today she had my rosary draped around her neck and she was riding her toy that stays here since her birthday in November...she beamed and her mother, Nancy, noted this fact - "she has all she needs a rosary and her wheels!" So true to me - when I travel in my car I love that time in the peace as I travel down the road for praying my rosary. My half hour to work in a neighboring town is a wonderful island of peace as I drive down the road with my rosary beads giving me such peace and connecting me in a language of LOVE through my Lady with her Son, Jesus Christ, my Savior and Lord of Heaven and earth!
Luke is a picture of peace and prayer in this picture with hands folded this morning! So wonderful to have a special morning with my little new grandson, and a photo op with his teddy bear sweater and the two teddies in knit sweaters surrounding him.
Pretty and happy mommy with her sweet baby Luke! Life is a gift and we are so blessed with Ruth's miracle little baby #3!
A kiss from mommy feels mighty good to baby Luke. So loved and so much cherished in our lives!
Luke smiling so big for his mommy!
Luke loves his fingers and has found his thumb! After having 4 girls that sucked their thumbs in an row - it would be pretty special to have grandson thumb sucker! Jesus, we trust in YOU. Bless-bless, Barbara Luke
My daughter, Ruth, has now started a blog too! Hers is devoted to a family farm experience -
