Out to pull radishes and found a armload of huge ones! With all this rain this is what happens. I kept pondering why June 21st was so familiar to me... two things - it was Father's Day 5 years ago when our amazing journey called cancer/healing/finding Faith and following His Path for our son, John! How is he celebrating this day 5 years later? By helping his mom with mowing and cleaning, by swimming with friends at a pond nearby, by his second performance of "All Shook Up" - the Community play he has a part in, and by totally not remembering that what happened on this day 5 years ago other than to pray this morning thanking God for his journey to Faith! Sounds like a day of living his new life to the fullest! How we rejoice! Pat called from El Paso, Texas to report that he has had all the kids on his lap and they are now getting ready to attend mass together. So blessed. I asked Therese to pray for me at mass in a bit. What else is the 21st? It is the first day of summer - the summer solstice! Thank you Jesus for all the journeys we celebrate this day! Bless-bless, Barb

Nancy is out and about with her growing family on this day... Minnehaha falls is spectacular with all the rain! Love to see mom and dad smiling on day 9!
