Mom and dad singing "Ave Maria - it's your birthday!"/Bubble sink JOY!/“God is with us.” /Pasture prayers

What JOY to turn over my calendar to September a few days late and discover this many memories of "bubble sinks!"  Babies in the sink is my happy times with them.  They are occupied and I sit beside them with my camera and record them down through the years.  With a 4 month old granddaughter and two more on the way - this tradition will be carried on without a doubt!  Love the cupie dolls with bubbles and wet hair!  

Adding Hallel 5 years ago to make it a picture of us all together as we truly are in Spirit and in Truth!  Her prayers are the wind beneath our wings!  I am praying mightily that she might be coming back to KC at the end of September.  A mother can hope and pray!

I am given the job of filling the calves water tank with antibiotics and water a few times a day.  A good chance to keep the prayers going throughout my day.  Any down time - the beads are in my fingers and the prayers are in my inner temple/heart!  As I was reminded the other day - "stepping into The Kingdom of heaven."

Reflecting on Mary's birthday today!  I know that mom and dad are singing - Ave Maria!  It's your Birthday!

Mary, mother of the Bread of Life, 
pray for us!

Joy was super cute with the goats...

"Their fur is soft."  Just the right size for her to take a walk with.

I have been away for some hours helping hubby with getting the cows moved in the pasture.  Much of the time I stood by the fence while he checked it.  Time to pray!

Joy has learned from her big sister, Mary, and her mom, to have a calm attitude when around animals on the farm.  She is a true sweet farm girl!

The Gospel today is Matthew 1 - the story of Joseph and Mary leading up to the birth of the Son of God, Jesus... Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son,

        and they shall name him Emmanuel,

which means “God is with us.”

The fulfillment of this prophecy.  God is most certainly with us and Mary from her birth was set aside for the Lord - Immaculate Conception!

One more time!  Many happy bottom soaking hours playing and probably eating their share of bubbles and drinking water, too.  

Beautiful weather for cutting hay - a constant job through the summer and now into the fall.  

Taking his lunch means that I need to take a few pictures, right?  NO cloud pictures this time... almost totally blue sky.

I love to watch my farmer hubby caring for his animals.  They know him well and look ot him to supply all their needs.

Yellow mouths from the antibiotics we are giving them to keep them healthy after being weaned just a week ago.

#2 - a fair calf allowed me to pet it and scratch behind her ears.  Tame after the kids tied her up and walked her and worked with her and showed her at the fair.  She is used to being handled and is now tame and looking for attention even from old grandma.  "What's her name?"  "2"

Rosary and the red handle in the pasture on a perfect day- no flies or mosquitoes, a wonderful breeze and prayer as my companion.  Glorious mysteries lifted me up!

Even some spotty shade of a tree overhead with my windblown hair.

Admiring the beauty of flowers and their shadows...  Yes, indeed, God is with us as we come to Jesus through Mary in my inner temple as I watch a hawk overhead, and Pat brings the cows into our pasture...  Helping hubby is going to be more often now that the kids are in school.  Lord, help me to be a good help.  Offer it up!

Into greener pastures thanks to the rain we finally received - over 3 inches in a few days, and now we can see green again.  Thank you, Lord, for the rain!

Happy for more grass.

Spread out means that they have a good amount of grass in this new pasture.  It speaks of contentment in a picture.

A hawk flew right over me, and so I looked back to see the cows eating to their contentment.  

Lord, how we celebrate this special day of your Mother's birthday!  We can never love her too much, as you show us how much you LOVE her!  Jesus, we trust in you.  Amen and Hallelujah

Brother Victor and dad today!  By Mary -" He has delivered us from the curse and blessed us."

Mom and Pope Benny!  She is The Immaculate Conception so we celebrate her Sainthood from her birth!

St Therese and Mother Mary - help us become a whole and entire Saint!

I can see mom and dad a step down from here with all those that love and honor her!  Ave Maria!!!  She brought us into The Church through my mother's devotion to Mary and there is no other place for us but The Church!
