arms full of LIFE

The new annual grandkid picture by the lighthouse.  A new member this year and I should have had the two expecting in it too, as we await with great excitement their arrival!
I think that you can tell that 7 under 7  can get pretty crazy.  We are having milestones here with little one year old Augustine starting to walk at mass last night!  We have a small mother in our midst with Therese being the constant loving protector and caregiver for all those younger than her.  Mary had two frogs - one in each hand on beautiful beach last night... it is super fun to see their mother's personalities coming out in their children.  So great to be able to step back into my nest years for a couple weeks.  Little sweet Rose is the best 2 month old ever...she is starting to smile and coo at us, and look at us with her ever daily turning-brown eyes.  To think that next summer there will be another two little ones in my arms and the two that are there now will probably be in Mary and Therese's arms - the two big girls!
Little Gus gives us all a huge thrill as we all gather around him to applaud his first steps.  Now he has realized that he likes to walk and is even standing up in the middle of the room to do it!  "Walking is the greatest!"  is now his attitude with his big smile and gleaming brown eyes!

Such a great time and place to start walking Gus!  You are the wisest and the coolest - walking with Jesus from the start!  Jesus, we trust in you.  Bless-bless, Barb
Maria and kids from the lighthouse last night... She said that you can't even see Patrick - her soon to be born son!  How we are celebrating having them here with us, and hearing from her husband as he is now in Alghanistan with the army.  So glad that he is there safely and many prayers surrounding him!
My Johnny got a week away with his family!  The 3 men headed back for work today, and now grandpa is on his way here to spend some time with just his girls and grandkids!  We are sad to see the dads leave and Uncle John, but the excitement is high to see our patriarch - Patrick!  The grandkids all expect to get royally spoiled by Boompa!
Augustine in the clouds!

bye-bye... we love you!
The two youngest - yes, Rose can cry from time to time.  Gus what are you going to think about your sister in a few months - this is giving you an idea of sharing mom's arms.
The whole group just before the men left this morining...now grandpa with all of the girls and grandkids!
