I got my wish... Ashes pictures!!! Honestly Rose had to borrow some from mom and dad, because she stayed home with grandma due to a cold. But regardless she got her first ever ashes, and smiled for grandma too! The church was bursting from the seams tonight at 5:30p mass! It is kind of funny that today is not required mass, but there are so many there that usually don't bother when it is a mortal sin not to go on Sunday! I told Pat that it just shows that we are very aware of the fact that we are sinners, and Pat shared that they probably have good intentions, too. It speaks of many that feel that they are first rate sinners, and feel badly about it, but not quite bad enough to truly make an effort to rediscover their faith in the True Church. Yes, Lord we are truly sinners but YOU love and forgive us unconditionally! May many come to YOU and rekindle the fire of Your Holy Spirit. Hear our prayers, and use us in any way you can to touch those that are lost and alone in the darkness of sin and death. Jesus, we trust in you. Bless-bless, Barb
Rosita was so sweet and fun for grandma tonight! Plus she is kind of dragging/crawling - so big! Grandma loves you so much little precious girlie!
