Frazzled and dazzled

Ruth and Rose heading out to rake corn stalks on a glorious day.
 Luke waves bye-bye
Ruth and Rose looking for grandpa...
On the top of the bin...
The calves are growing bigger and bigger...
Luke behind the wheel of the tractor.
Luke and kitten in the climbing tree in the sunlight.
Luke behind the wheel of great-grandma's car.
Great-grandma's lap with baby kitten in a tight grip.
Great grandma picking apples, Luke asleep and Roger the dog eating an apple... they must be good the way they are always picking them and eating them.
Out to get Rose and Ruth for lunch... Luke in the corn leaf pile...
Here comes mom and Rose for lunch...
Grandpa baling corn stalk bales behind Ruth raking them into piles
the golden rake and colorful kids are a special sight on this glorious day in October!
Feast for the eyes and the heart.
Jesus, we trust in you.  It has been such a busy day filled with so much to do at this time of year. Keep us all safe.  Bless-bless, Barbara Luke
Combining in the same field - the fall/harvest time of year is busy and at times we feel frazzled by the crazy pace.... but on these glorious days we are dazzled by the wonder and beauty of it all! As the 100th psalm today in mass speaks of making a joyful noise to the Lord - I am sure that the prayers we say from our heart as we are crazy busy "serve the Lord with gladness."
