Time away with Family

Cousin smiles at little Princess Bernadette birthday party.
I think she knew that it was her special day...
Mary and grandma felt special too.
Dominic is eating food... he got his first pumpkin pie today!
Yes, she knows that she is the birthday princess at 2!
Grandma got the girls matching princess jammies.  They are nice and warm to last them though this cold long winter.  How I love to have two little girls to dress alike!  It is the height of joy for me and they seem to be OK with it too!
Yes, there were hundreds of suckers to be had, too.
Berna between twin girls her age... too cute in their kitty hats!
Gus joins in with the matching girls - Rose has a lollipop bouquet.
 We are the lollipop kids!
John and Amy shared in the royal fun!
I think they have learned how to pose at just 2 1/2 and 2...
Sweet good Dominic is engaging us with big brown eyes just like his brother and sister!
At mass at St Michael's in Stillwater with my parents.  We found this window for Venerable Solanus Casey as he was confirmed in this church.  So powerful to realize that 5 years ago on this weekend my parents brought a relic of Venerable Solanus Casey to Marshall and he was anointed and prayed over with it during the 8a mass in Marshall.  The church was packed!
Amy plays the piano for us after sharing dinner together with my parents.
Bernadette watching us come to see her from the window of their house - the snowy yard and street reflecting around her.  I love this, and seeing her joy at our coming filled me with much JOY at the end of a great weekend filled with travel and family times!  Jesus, we trust in YOU.  Bless-bless, Barb

Warms my heart to see this excited sweet face pressed up against the window!
