The Gospel for today is amazing!!! It starts with Jesus sitting on the mountain, and all those needing healing are placed at his feet, "and he cured them." Can you imagine being healed of huge things such as being lame, blind, deformed, mute, to just name some of those mentioned? Being healed and then being fed - how good would that food taste? It would certainly have the flavoring of heaven in it! The bread would taste like no other and the fish would be out of this world!

Where has the time gone today? I will keep this short, but just had to go nuts over the amazing Gospel on this 4th day of Advent. I am reminded over and over - how much I need to get healed in reconciliation and then be fed by the Sacraments, Word, the Saints of each day - today Saint Francis Xavier is so amazing, Our Lady - and my rosary is calling out to me now. I am so blessed to get closer to Jesus and welcome him more and more into my heart with this Advent season in our amazing Church!
They didn't go down the hill with the big kids - they went on the tire swing with Luke!
Jesus, we are so blessed by all the ways we are helped to come more and more to YOU. May we die to self so that you may live in us. Use me to your honor and glory. Jesus, we trust in YOU. Amen and Hallelujah
I love this picture so much... I use it and use it.
