Farmer's feast day - Hector celebrates today, and grandpa got 1/2 inch of rain!/Magdalene Rose comes home to the loving arms of her family!/"shout to God with cries of gladness"

Hector holding his new baby sister, Magdalene Rose, for the first time!  WE are having another special day today celebrating Hector's feast day!  St Isidore is the farmer saint, and Hector is named after his Belgian farmer great-great grandfather, Hector Louwagie!  

My day is quickly passing with time up in the middle of the night - me and Magdalene in the dark.

13 year old sister, Therese, brings her new sister into the house and the arms of her family as we celebrate her healthy and wonderful!

4 year old Evangeline is so excited!

Patrick the farmer, grandpa, was so happy to report that they got a beautiful half inch of rain overnight on the farm for the crops to grow!  "It was a wonderful gentle rain!"  Nothing better for a farmer on this farmer Feast day!  Thank you, Saint Isidore!

Patrick the "miracle boy" brings so many emotions to many, who prayed and now know that the Lord is still healing and listening to our prayers!

Soft sweet smiles from Romeo as Maggie lies peacefully in his 6 year old arms.  We were unsure if she might be a red head like her older brother.  

So sweet 11 year old David,  A smile of appreciation for another sister to love for his lifetime.  Nothing can replace the family!  The more the better and richer are you.  Maria had a visit with a nurse caring for her yesterday, who has 10 children and 34 grandchildren.  "She seemed to be apologetic, and was happy when I told her she was lucky and very blessed."  Indeed she is!

Hector up from his nap and mommy helps him meet sweet new sister!  He was quite pleased and not quite sure how to love her and hold her, but mommy showed him how - so sweet!

Happy day!  

Crying is her language now, but not too much for our ears.  She is such a good eater that we know that she is very content!

Paying for Fr Denny yesterday... I went to St Patrick's church close to Tacoma General Hospital.  It was locked, but I found a beautiful prayer garden close to the Adoration chapel, so I got as close to Jesus as I could to pray in the beautiful day  close to the sound leading out to the Pacific Ocean.

Stepping into a heavenly prayer space on a glorious day to the tune of the sorrowful mysteries in my heart, mind and soul!  

Surrounded by the Stations of the Cross - Jesus meets his mother - the 4th station.

So wonderful as I am close to Jesus and still enjoying the beauty of God's creation!

The Adoration chapel knowing Jesus is there in the tabernacle and the 12th Station - Jesus dies on the Cross with his Mother there to the end with her Son!

These sea gulls filled me with JOY - reminding me that we are close to the ocean as I could see the waters close by.

Jesus, how I love you and thank you for more love in our lives that comes with each new little one coming into our domestic Church/family.  Always room for more love!  Bless-bless, Barbara
