Davey has to show me his "monster combine" that he had gotten for his 3rd birthday last month..."Gampa needs to get one of these!" We are joyfully entertained by the simplicity of children, and how they celebrate life in so many ways each and every day! How my husband loves to see his life of farming through their eyes and share with them his skills and time whenever he can!

Thank you, Lord,for the wonder of a new grandson... a sweet precious child that has been yearned for and hoped for many years. To see the love he receives along with all the day to day needs that are joyfully met by his loving mother and father... the beauty of a new "Domestic Church" - a small Catholic Church that is being formed within their new home of family and love and service one to the other without counting the cost. And may we always remember and hold close to our hearts the motto of the Community of the Lamb - "Wounded, I will not cease to love." Jesus, may the little ones teach us how to do this - forgetting the small pains that come unexpectedly almost as quickly as they happen - as they are comforted in the arms of their parents. Jesus, we love you and trust in you! Amen and Halleluia and Hosanna!

Prayer has to be with every breath that we take and every beat of our hearts! How can we go too far off the narrow path, if we are in a constant state of prayer?
