I love random pictures of family activity going in many directions! I love to see our brood growing with new life and new dynamics... as those members grow and become that unique individual that they are! It is like a big puzzle that piece by piece is forming a beautiful scene, or the building of a gorgeous Cathedral called the Barb and Pat Verly family... yet that is unfair - we need to go back to our parents and then their parents - it all adds up to this huge masterpiece this glorious work of art! How we love to see our daughters happily married to wonderful good men that love their faith and cherish LIFE! We know that John is looking for a woman to share his faith and family with!
Setting up the picture is more fun than the posed one... I am constantly snapping away as I find all of this as the making of the final product. The aunts help the little ones gather around their heavenly mother... and it has been so special to watch them hug Mary and give her kisses from a young age. It says that it is a beautiful lesson to have a statue of that pretty and peaceful lady crushing the head of the serpent in all of our gardens... the little ones are there giving them hugs and kisses and saying "Momma" in their sweet little baby talk voices! LIFE is a gift, and Mary brought LIFE and LOVE into the world with her "Yes!" 
Augustine is watching the older cousins hugging their beautiful Mother of God. "I want to be like them! They are the most amazing and best kids ever! And that Lady is special and I want to love her and follow her to her Son too!" Thinks little Gus, and he will too! Jesus, we thank you for the little slice of heaven we have with our family, and we trust in you, too! Bless-bless
