We stopped at our corn field just up the road from her house... we found this nice ear of corn, but not much of a smile here...
Then we went to a soybean field by the lake and Rose discovered that there are little soybeans inside of those pods...
Rosie loves little things so she thought that those little round soybeans in the pods were fun to open up an take the beans out. Thank goodness she knew that she shouldn't put them in her mouth, but just delicately took them out of the pods and dropped them on the ground... then on the the next pod.
Soybean in the pod - soon to be on the ground...
I will end on this sweet note - Grandma has a lot of fun with her granddaughter - soon to be a big sister, and she has no idea that it is coming just around the corner! That will be interesting, and special for her to have a little brother to hold and to love. With each new member of our families our love gets bigger - not stretched more thin. More LOVE to go around and fills our lives with LIFE/LOVE/LIGHT! Rose is truly becoming a sweet and precious LIGHT for all those that are getting to know her now as a one year old+. Jesus, we trust in YOU. Bless-bless, Barb
What's cuter than a pink TuTu? One that is on a little girl running across the grass!
