Story time with grandpa is a cherished snuggle time...
All but Luke...
He's busy getting his first bubble sink and smiling to show off his new bottom teeth!
Then the two girls are in the bathtub, and...
Luke is eating his mom's chin with those new teeth... He loves to eat her chin out of love just like baby Jesus eats Mother Mary's chin in all those icons!
"I love you so much mommy! I even decided to have your hazel brown eyes so that I can look like you. You are the most beautiful mommy in the whole wide world!"
Kissing/eating/loving mom's chin is a special way of saying "Thanks mom for LIFE!" On the way home Pat was speaking about how lucky we are to have Ruth so close and Nancy here for a couple weeks. Soon one more new arrival will be added to the bunch of kids - grandchild #11 due in a few weeks.
Grandpa and Luke share his hat...
Bernadette borrowing Rose's red shoes... fancy, zesty and fun... that would describe both Rose and Berna! Thanks to the rain we had a nice family evening sharing food and all that the little ones bring to us as they grow in LIFE/LOVE/LIGHT!
Ruth's two youngest - Luke 6 months, Rose 2 years
Feet grow a lot in 18 months!
With a little attitude - so great are the times we share!
