Checking out a possible fossil - we found a sponge that looks like a fish and a fossil that is shaped like the lower peninsula of Michigan - "Now find the upper penn." Was the response to our great finds.
Therese found some really great fossils on her first time out. She really has an eye for finding some special rocks. Nice and small so that she can take them back to Texas and have some special memories of her time in Michigan.
The two cousins water grandpa's feet so that they grow or smell better... not sure. He said that that water is cold and they should water John's or my feet instead.
