"without cost you are to give..." Matt 10:7-15 The Gospel for today

Bernadette is walking away, but this is still a most cherished picture for me on beautiful beach with the calm purple/pink waters at sunset.  After many days of huge wind and waves and cold this was a most special evening - calm and peaceful.
Yes, that is the next group of grandkids - once Maria's boy is here in just a couple months we will have these 3 in this year.  Dominic is smiling with a thoughtful pose.  He did a small smile for grandma today... more smiles to come.
A series of last night on beautiful beach at sunset - the two best friend/cousins - Mary and Therese.  Therese can give all of us a lesson on being thoughtful and giving without counting the cost.  Today they were having dried mangoes on the beach and she made sure that all had some...
My Most Cherished Cross just headed back to the farm!  He loves all the little ones and we are so grateful that he managed to come and join us for almost a week!
Ruth's 5 - helping Luke to join the bunch with the biggest sibs holding his hands.
Maria's 3 walk into the sunset.
Bill with his 2 boys at beautiful beach at sunset!
A full moon with moonlight on the water - so gloriously wonderful.  Pat and I took a long walk watching the moonlight on the water in front of us.
Stunning to find ourselves in paradise.  Are we in a dream?
So romantic and a very precious memory that I will cherish always.
John just left with Pat so that he can be in the Cities for a wedding on Saturday... I had to get a sibling picture, and they all cooperated and gave me this gift!  Thank you!
Sharing ice cream with Luke and Patrick...   Jesus, we know that you ask us to give without counting the cost.  We see the examples of them all around us in those little ones and big ones that share and give and do not put themselves ahead of the others.  May we embrace our Most Cherished Cross and find LIFE/LOVE/LIGHT!  Jesus, we trust in YOU.  Amen and Hallelujah
Bless-bless, Barbara Luke  - already missing my most Cherished Cross, Patrick.  I love you and am so grateful that you came to spend some time with the wonderful family we have been blessed with!  The fruits are growing and growing ever more - with each new member our LOVE grows bigger and bigger... not stretched more thin.  Lord, grant you a safe trip home and good farming when you get there.
With the Lake behind and the wonderful sun overhead - the 4 - only missing Hallel!
Ruth and Luke in the sun after ice cream with grandpa.
God of wonders by Third Day
