Looking at the world through 3 year old eyes must be new and interesting and exciting and there must be questions to be answered as LIFE goes on down the narrow path of Faith/Family/Farm! She is watching Uncle John on his knees as he gives Jesus to Great-grandma on Sunday. She sees that this is holy and something great is happening here... She is realizing that in a few years she will long to receive Jesus in her first Holy Communion!
Rose sees this wonderful lady and knows that she is loved by her and wants to return that. The hands laid one upon the other is a wonderful part of this embrace of LOVE/LIFE - the beginning and the end/LOVE.
Rose sees that her big sister loves her and put a lot of thought into giving her some gifts including a special surprise in the soft hot pink purse that she is gifting to 3 year old Rose - a purse of Mary's that she is now giving to Rose! Making her a card wishing her a "Purridocious birthday" - Rose sees that she is blessed with a wonderful family that gives without counting the cost!
Feeling her soft fur and looking into her big eyes - Rose is learning at the feet of her mother, sister, and dad how to be an animal lover. She climbed into the chicken pen and gathered the eggs and then put feed into the feeder. She is learning and willing to be a farm girl. Bless-bless, Barb
