I did grow up as a young girl living on a building site in the country outside of Flint, Michigan with a clothesline. I lived there until 3rd grade and I remember some times out singing amongst the closthesline about how much I loved Jesus. That was my special place where my contemplative nature could settle in that room away from all the distractions of the world and focus on my Jesus! My girls would make tents out of sheets and blankets on the clothesline over the years, and today Mary made another one with sides this time. It was almost lunch time, so she wanted to eat lunch in her fabric room... sure!
A dining room delux on a summer afternoon!
That special place where the sun makes it glow and the wind makes it blow!
Gus loved to run in and out of the door after lunch.
He thought that the sheet could be a super man cape, and gave grandma a wonderful smile for a gift! They are just leaving for home, and Gus wanted to stay here, read a book, and go to bed. He loves the farm and that makes our hearts sing!!!
Come back soon - we love you so much Bandzuch family! WE love that we can share our life on the farm with you, and that you can see how wonderful it is!
Gus loves his tractor to sit on and watch all that happens in the shed... cats jump up on the equipment and dogs chase them when they jump down, pins that fit in many holes, and...
bigger cousins that come and take your seat on the tractor...
You can always walk outside with Roger the dog and watch Uncle Ed fill the sprayer with the water from the water truck - that is Gus's new word - "water truck" - putting two of his words together to make a most wonderful new concept!
A nice day to sit in the shade, and visit with babies and dogs.
Water truck on a hot summer day and a little boy with a little dog - throwing a baseball with his left hand, and following farmer grandpa around as much as he can. It was a good day to be a little 2 year old farmboy. Jesus, we trust in YOU. Bless-bless, Barb
