This is one of the pictures that I call "famous" because it is so funny and special... We had made the trip on Easter Sunday to see my folks in Taylors Falls... I had sewed the 3 younger girls outfits and Ruth had found hers at the thrift shop.... it was the year of the Easter hats and the girls had gotten hats to match their outfits. We stopped at the top of Angel Hill and gotten out for a family picture - Pat must have been working the camera and caught John collapsing to the ground as he did not want to cooperate with the scene! Many warm memories when all the kids were still at home and we got dad away from the farm for a farmily day with my parents. Thought you would get a chuckle out of this one from the family archives! The girls would probably scream at me for sharing it, but we all laugh when we see it! I love it!
